We are looking to hire an individual who will be the first point of contact for HR queries for our management team and staff. You will also be actively involved in all aspects of recruitment activities and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, training and developing staff
  • Organizing salaries payments and benefits administration
  • Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff/representatives.
  • Organise/ Set up trainings and activities for employees

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR (minimum 2 years continuous at administration level)
  • Applied payroll processing knowledge
  • Experience of delivering recruitment interviews and processes
  • Practiced application of undertaking disciplinary/grievance processes
  • Previous exposure to working within customer service or bingo/gaming environments (24x7)
  • Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Have the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business
  • Need to work tirelessly with your stakeholders and peers; able to interact inclusively and effectively with people at all levels
  • Has to be decisive, adaptable, creative and a confidential communicator.
