Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer chats/calls and respond to customer requests.
  • Provide customers/players with account information.
  • Transfer customer chats to appropriate staff.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Research accounts for misapplied payments.
  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer chats.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Provide on-the-job training for new employees.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 1-6 years experience preferred.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and according to deadlines.
  • Excellent listening skills, Strong analysis skills and ability to find solutions using lateral thinking.
  • Worked in a sales/pre-sales or consulting environment.
  • Basic technical skills in advanced system hardware and software.
