Affiliate Manager

Be part of a growing affiliate team, managing our product networks. Work closely with our existing affiliates and build and maintain strong and profitable relationships. You will be responsible for these relationships and analysis of affiliate performance. You need to be creative and be able to find the right incentives, creatives and 'means' for affiliates to perform well on a consistent basis.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of Affiliates across numerous territories
  • Acquisition, retention and activation of new Affiliates
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
  • Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results and devising strategies to move forward
  • Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of Affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service
  • Following team processes effectively
  • Effectively manage daily requests from affiliates
  • Co-ordinate with the other acquisition teams to drive balanced and complementary campaigns

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of the online gaming industry specifically UK bingo
  • Affiliate marketing experience
  • Fluent English, additional language of Spanish an advantage
  • Knowledge of/experience in media buys, tenancy deals
  • Existing network of affiliate contacts
  • Knowledge of Dreamweaver (HTML)
