This role is to bring fresh ideas to the promotional activity of our online websites and games. Working across numerous brands and products you have to develop creative promotions to target player retention, engagement and value within a set framework (budget, available resources, scheduling)
Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate the daily implementation of the promotional activity
- Help to maintain a clearly differentiated promotional strategy by brand
- Help to develop promotions tailored to support marketing objectives including retention, engagement and player value
- Coordinating with the design and copywriting teams to ensure promotions are delivered on time
- Aid in the approval process for promotions to ensure accuracy
- Work in conjunction with the marketing team to ensure synergy of promotions
- Work with 3rd party partners and client services to coordinate promotional activities
- The need to go through general and specific training as and when required by your manager.
- To work on any other reasonable task requested by your manager
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Thorough understanding of programming/scheduling activity and the know-how to build audience/customer participation
- Knowledge of digital and social media
- Creative thinker with a good eye for detail
- Ability to demonstrate experience in promotions/project planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Experience of working in a live environment
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry
