Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruiting.

· You take pride in being an expert on talent and partnering with the business to hire the best

· You thrive in technology recruiting - it's competitive, dynamic, and fun

Responsibilities

· Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer negotiation to onboarding candidates.

· Locate and identify potential candidate’s candidate referrals, networking, etc.

· To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met

 What background we Desire:

· 4-6 years of technical & Non technical recruiting experience in screening and interviewing candidates technically

· Must be self-motivated and must possess go getter attitude.

· Experience recruiting for Enterprise or Product companies is highly desired

· Strong process-orientation, organization, and follow-up skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
