Manager Growth & Strategy
You will work closely with business leaders to drive acquisition growth across channels, provide analysis and insights to help identify and drive forward company growth initiatives. You are an expert to use data-driven storytelling approach to persuasively communicate your recommendations to all stakeholders.
Minimum 8+ years experience in RMG Growth & Retention profile preferred.
Level: Multiple (Lead to AVP )
Preferred skills
- Prior experience in managing a high-volume customer base, preferably having led platform level growth strategy including user retention, market penetration, category strategy, AOP building.
- Has worked on complex business problems with experience in leading teams through some of these challenges
- Ability to work well and thrive in a team environment· Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual renewals and upsell metrics.
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced, diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential.
- Adept at creating manuals and playbooks to scale the processes.
- Understanding of challenges and opportunities in Gaming environments.
- Strong with data and analytics. Should be adept at productivity metrics.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and deadlines.
- Familiarity with online CRM tools. Familiarity with customer acquisition strategies
Responsibilities
- Build & own long-term strategy, working closely with the product team on defining the product roadmap, competitive analysis, AOP building, market & domain research, GTM to deliver significant business impact and customer delight.
- Own the overall responsibility for driving growth and customer retention at GL
- Define aggressive growth and efficiency targets to contribute directly to GL’s P&L and help achieve revenue and cost targets working with MD & Senior Management.
- Focus on client retention and building long-term relationships with our partners.
- Execute key strategic projects initiatives right from conceptualization to hypothesis building, experiments & pilots and then hand over to respective functional teams for scale up and day to day management
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Create a scalable playbook that delivers customer success and high engagement
- Work with Product and technology team members to drive automation and scale.
- Interface with senior leaders within the company and outside the company to identify opportunities to partner /leverage.
