We are looking for AVP- Digital Content Strategy & Marketing who will lead initiatives of developing and implementing a holistic digital and content strategy for Rummy, effectively managing stakeholders, and delivering business outcomes.
Develop and deliver content strategies that support sales and marketing efforts, building and strengthening brand awareness.
Generate comprehensive campaigns that include meticulous tracking of activities and leads; and optimization of content for multiple channels.
Develop and execute a comprehensive video content strategy for YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and target audience.
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to conceptualize, plan, and storyboard video content ideas.
Develop and maintain content workflows and governance.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment of content strategy with business objectives.
Understand management and operational requirements in order to recommend new ways to optimize and improve processes and documentation.
Providing guidance and support to multiple team members to ensure they meet business goals and deliver high-quality content.
Stay up-to-date with emerging content trends and technologies to ensure the company's content strategy remains relevant and practical.
Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in digital strategy, with a strong preference for a candidate with a content strategy background.
Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Proven experience as a Content Manager, or similar role, with a focus on video content creation and management.
In-depth understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and analyze video performance metrics.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A team player, with the ability to collaborate and work independently.
