Retention & Loyalty - Executive
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer retention & loyalty process. You will manage campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, etc ensuring their timely execution. You will also play a crucial role in campaign planning, content creation, analysis, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and able to deliver high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement across various touchpoints.
- CRM Calendar Ownership: Take full ownership of the monthly CRM calendar, ensuring all campaigns are planned, scheduled, and executed on time.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns using various tools (email, SMS, chat).
- Continuously improve creativity in campaigns to drive customer retention and engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Track the performance of CRM campaigns and maintain performance reports for management.
- Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.
- Train agents on product knowledge and campaign objectives to ensure smooth execution.
- Post-Campaign Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance, including audience targeting, creative impact, and conversion metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and implement best practices to improve campaign results.
- Ensure all deadlines for creative, data, design, and promotions are met with minimal errors.
Skills Required:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 3+ yrs Experience in online marketing and CRM
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the online gaming industry is highly desirable
