We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product initiatives, drive strategy, and manage cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of consumer-facing products, and a passion for building innovative mobile apps or games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product roadmap, including product decisions, prioritization and execution.
• Closely work with Business and Tech teams to drive product innovation and revenue.
• Write game/feature specs, analyze key performance metrics, and drive business results with a customer-first approach while designing user journeys.
• Create detailed product specification documents for the design & development team. 
• Work closely with design teams to go from ideas to user flows.
• Research the market and competitive landscape to have a pulse of market direction.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the product vision. Develop product strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
• Analyse and prioritize projects/features and negotiate launch timelines with development teams.
• Plan knowledge sessions for product releases within the organization.
• Successfully execute Go-to-Market (GTM) plans.
• Utilize data analysis and interpretation for understanding business impact and growth forecasting.
• Drive for answers to business questions through hands-on exploration of data using SQL, Excel, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools.

Requirements:

• Experience: 12-15 years of experience in product management. Be well-versed in technical terminology, integration details, and solutions.
• Must to Have : Experience of working with Indian brands / products. 
• Mobile & Gaming Expertise: Demonstrated experience building and managing successful mobile apps or gaming products.
• Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing product teams.
• Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to create long-term strategies while balancing day-to-day execution. Should be able to conceptualize, implement and scale loyalty focused features.
