Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad ( work from office 5 days) 

Experince : 1-3 yrs

Experince in sourcing and closing both IT & Non IT positions is a Must

We’re looking for an HR Recruiter to help with our full recruitment process, from finding candidates to assessing if they’re the right fit for our team. If you’re skilled at sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducting various interview formats, we’d love to hear from you. Your work will play a key role in shaping our employer brand and bringing great talent to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels 
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.


Requirements And Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter ( IT / Non IT ) with expertise in sourcing through different portals 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • MBA/BBA or relevant field.
